The Importance of the 2022 off season – Carl Jennings NZBM

The last two years of disruptions has left its toll on young rugby league, rugby and football (soccer) players both physically and mentally due to the lack of playing sport and missing 2 crucial development periods in relation to off seasons preparation because of the COVID lockdowns.

Young athletes who wish to get to the next level in their sport need to have a focus on completing a comprehensive off-season program at the conclusion of the season to ensure they have the best opportunity to fulfil their sporting goals in 2023.

Super 6 High Performance will be prioritising delivering what we believe to be the very best-off season curriculum covering physical, emotional and fundamental skill development.

Registrations will open at the end of July with the program starting at the conclusion of the season in September. Places will be limited so please register early to guarantee your spot. Session times will be announced when registrations are open end of July.

S6HP will be delivering a junior program for boys and girls 10 to 14 years of age and a senior program open to males and females 15 years and above. Both programs to be delivered at the S6HP HQ at Blacktown International Sportspark, Rooty Hill.

We will be offering two options

Since its inception S6HP has had over 30,000 visits, Carl also continues to work in elite professional sport implementing his Mental Skills and Application program.
